Staff on the farm
A proper home for a farm worker or manager, with a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom of their own.
Shearing season
Somewhere for the shearing gang to sleep near the woolshed, with 1 to 4 bedrooms.
Orchards and picking
Room for pickers and packers through the season, for kiwifruit, apples or vegetables.
Family on the farm
A place for parents or grown-up children close by, with their own front door. Or somewhere to live while the main house goes up.
Why it suits a farm
No builder to find out there. The home is finished in the factory. On your farm it only needs setting down, opening out, the roof and deck, and the services connected.
Quick. Liveable in one to three days once it’s on site. A new build takes about 3 months to arrive; a home in stock can be with you within 2 weeks.
Off the grid. No mains power or water where it’s going? We can arrange solar power, a water tank and wastewater treatment for your site.
Delivered to the farm. We deliver to farms across New Zealand. Road transport is about $380 an hour, and if your site needs a crane we arrange it. We can come and look at your site first, so access and the foundation are planned right.
