What the price includes
- Our Deluxe specification on every home: engineered stone benchtops, SPC flooring and double glazing as standard.
- Internal walls, the kitchen, bathroom and toilet, internal plumbing, wiring, lighting and power points, all finished in the factory.
- Sea freight to the nearest suitable New Zealand port.
- GST.
What costs extra
These depend on your site, so they are quoted for your address. The figures are the approximate ones from our buying guide.

Installation, itemised

Every stage is optional. Do it yourself, use your own builder, or use us. Final connections to water, power and drainage are made by your local plumber and electrician.
How you pay
- 30% deposit to confirm the order and start production.
- 40% once your home is built. Before you pay it, we send photos and video of your own finished unit.
- Final 30% when the home arrives at the nearest suitable New Zealand port.
